    A Sunday evening meeting with my boss as we are in town for a conference and we both wanted to”meat”. The wait staff was wonderful. We had the ceaser salad and each had the filet. The salad was refreshing but was missing the “caeaserness” of the salad, and the waitress shared they are known for their steak and their meat that’s not marinated but served with a steak sauce and additionally you can add truffle butter to the top. I feel a steak speaks for itself without sauces or flavored butters… this steak did not. It was ok, but I’ve had better steaks for $66… there definitely wasn’t a cut smooth like butter and melt in your mouth. Maybe it was just a bad night. The potatoes were yummy and went well with the truffle butter: and the steak sauce was really good and helped to enhance the steak after all. The desert was amazing something chocolate with ice cream that paired well with our last sips of Niner wine. I’d definitely try it again and have the pork chops next time or one of the pizzas. And try Upstairs by Flint.

    We had a drink at the restaurant bar and the went upstairs to the rooftop bar. Full food menu is available. The food was outstanding. The Sausage pizza, lamb meatballs, and Moroccan Fried chicken were delicious. Cocktails were well made and suited drinkers of all types. I would highly recommend Flint.

    If not for the vegetables, we would have given this place zero stars, We went to Flint by Baltaire to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant contacted me twice to find out whose birthday it was. When we arrived, the hostess picked up a card with my name on it, took us to a table and asked why we were there??? We waited about 15 minutes before a waiter came over and already started apologizing for the delay as another table was commanding his time. We ordered wine and small plates. The wine sat decanted on the table without being poured for over 30 minutes....again no waiter and no one to clear our appetizer plates. Upon asking the waiter if we were supposed to pour our own wine he copped an attitude and said:" I decanted your wine, I fulfilled what you asked." We then ordered food. About 15 minutes later bussers brought over items I did not order. We were told it was to make up for the delay. As the vegetables brought over had clumps of cheese on them, we were not asked if we could eat cheese. My "rare" steak was medium well. Several hostesses and managers kept standing in front of our table with a tablet checking on how long we had occupied the table. No acknowledgement of my birthday during the service. As we were receiving our check, we noticed several other tables presented with birthday desserts. We didn't say anything and left. Restaurant was extremely noisy and the building and surrounding buildings are under construction so accessing the restaurant is a challenge.

    Perfect experience for a price well worth it. No complaints only praise. Would recommend for any array of cases from special occasion or networking opportunitites.

    The patio was closed because of lack of service. Consequently, not even the windows were open I was hoping to get a little bit of the sunset from the patio since the rooftop was closed but it was very dark inside at 4pm

    A beautiful restaurant and Jt is the best waiter anyone ever had ! Gracious and amazing ! Alas he food is not great.. a tiny filet mignon has a strange texture and not so much taste… too many potatoes like boulders ..uneven quality of mixed drinks but a beautiful bar..

    It's currently under construction which lends to some confusion in where to park. The food overall wasn't bad. The artichoke hummus was very delicious. The drinks were not as good as I hoped. I would visit again but maybe on a weekend to see if there is a difference in service.

    Gabbie was such an amazing and attentive server! My family and I had such a great time, the food was beyond excellent and the cocktails were expertly made to perfection. All of the staff made us feel very special, if you are planning a birthday, anniversary, or any special event then Flint should be at the top of your list.

    It was a great experience. I did feel like two specific people from our party were underdressed and it made the birthday girl upset a little bit. The food was great but one specific person spit out the food and disrespected us all in doing so. It was a great experience we apologize for inviting a disrespectful person(s) to such a nice restaurant.
