    This was a unique dining experience on our visit to Memphis. Being able to try tastes of different entrees was wonderful. I started with a small plate of wedge salad. (A flight of salads seemed too much with entree and dessert) but the small plate was just enough and the blue cheese on it was the best I ever tasted. Then I had the seafood flight with a beautifully seared scallop and spaghetti squash sauté plate, the shrimp and grits plate and lastly the best was the lobster & crab Benedict plate on a fluffy biscuit, topped with a perfectly poached egg. It was the perfect bite. Portions were big for small plates, but I had just enough room to share the traditional dessert flight. Oh my, it was good. Tart and creamy Key lime pie, an excellent creme brulee and a walnut crusted cheesecake with berries. Accompanied by an excellent selection of wine flights, my whole meal was terrific. My husband had the soup flight. Perfect lobster bisque, seafood gumbo and the soup of the day which was his favorite. Then he ordered the bacon flight. He loves bacon and he certainly got his fill in several forms- pork belly, candied bacon and thick, meaty spiced bacon. There was so much “bacon”, even he was unable to finish it all. He had a different wine flight that also had really good selections. I highly recommend a visit to Flights while visiting Memphis. It was the topper to our trip.

    Our overall experience was wonderful. We’ve been before, and while some things have changed (food items and cocktails) our even was amazing. Reese was the perfect server, giving us suggestions when we were hesitant but also giving us time to decide. I would request him every time.

    The sampler style menu is a great idea. The food was varied and perfectly cooked. The service was great and the whole establishment well run. Highly reco.

    Superb experience. Unique Flight Menu with choice of mix and match "Little Plates", full flights, or entree size servings made it easy to fit everyone's taste and appetite. Every dish we tried (four Little Plates) mixed from two flights were just simply world class. Wine flights are well paired with food flights. Service was completely professional; our waiter, Reese could be a standout at most any New York or LA restaurant. Noise level was such that one could actually have a conversation over dinner. Safe, secure and well lighted location. $$ came in well below expectation - a great value for a wonderful visit.

    Did not understood the restaurant name until Lore explained about the entreés “flights”! Was a nice surprise! Delicious dishes.

    Amazing food! Great idea if “flights” of food which allowed us to taste a variety of food offerings. Same with their wine. And, the service was excellent. Wish we had this restaurant in our hometown of S.F.

    We booked upon the recommendation of a woman we met at the airport. The food was delicious. The service was amazing. The food came out fast and our glasses were always full. Katelyn was our server and she was friendly, efficient and knew the menu inside and out. If we visit Memphis again, we will be sure to go back

    10/10. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were very descriptive and helpful in choosing menu options as well. My server was Colby, and I highly recommend to request him if you want exceptional service.
