We did the Valentines Special and customized the menu . We had crab cakes as a starter. They were amazing mostly crab instead of breading which we love. We had two bone in ribeyes which were cooked to perfection they were so tender and juicy paired with a lobster tail and asparagus. The lobster tail was huge and it was cooked to perfection as well . Desert did not disappoint we chose cheesecake & carrot cake . The whole experience 10 out of 10

The service was great. Entries came out in good timing after the appetizers. Everything taste amazing and the steak was seasoned to perfection. I feel the prices for the sides were a bit inflated considering the small portion size. It says sharable but I felt it was adequate for one person. I will still come back.

The wait time with a reservation was over an hour. At 9:30, they were still working on seating 8:30 reservations. My service was great and food was great.

Water was never refilled Coffee was never refilled W Too long at the front area before seating with a 80% empty restaurant. Was never asked if we wanted to see a desert menu. Asst Chef Christian was excellent!

The Valentine menu was spectacular! The food was wonderful as always. We had the best server (Eddy). He made our early Valentine dinner (Feb 13th) one of our favorite dinners in several years. I can highly recommend both the restaurant and server. You will not be disappointed.

food was amazing, but overpriced. our server was a little rude to start off, but warmed up to us when we started ordering more drinks and dessert. the rest of the staff was energetic and nice. over all we had a good time!

Please be aware if you plan to eat here for lunch with clients: the steaks on offer ($70 Porterhouse) are a fraction of the size they should be during lunch service. When compared to the size of other guest Porterhouse servings shared via Google Images (tied to google maps lookup of restaurant), as well as OpenTable images of the same dish in question, the portions I and my guests were served were the equivalent size/quality of a low-par IHOP/Denny's family restaurant Choice steak at a 1/4 of the thickness of what a Prime Porterhouse of that cost should be (1in. on average; not 1/4in.). The other sides/options served during my party's lunch service were very good, and were on the quality one would expect of a $$$ priced restaurant with 'Business Casual' dress code enforcement. However, this is meant to be a Steak House. It shouldn't matter what time of day the service is, if all other items are lackluster, the one thing that should be succinctly correct should be the Steak: it was not. My party and I still at the steak as I was not about to make a scene out of any of this (business lunch), but I can assure you we will not recommend and won't come back, as there are far better options available for the price and ambience (e.g. Georgie's, Turtle Creek, et al). Perhaps only the Dinner service is when this restaurant shines, pity I won't find out.

My wife and I decided to beat the Valentine rush and have our date night earlier in the week. So we took advantage of Fleming’s Tomahawk Tuesday with a twist. Instead of the 35 ounce Tomahawk we decided on the sliced powerhouse to share - 28 Prime bone-in NY strip and a 6 ounce Filet, 2 starters, with 2 sides, and 2 deserts. I like the price point as well. I mentioned that since we came early I was sad we could not enjoy their Valentine special, since the weekend would be crowded. Tom said that the Valentine special was running Thursday through next Monday. Since we were already there I said thanks for the info. The excellent Fleming’s team said we could still get some of the Valentine offering - The seared scallops with risotto and the roasted lobster tail. I must say the beetroot risotto reminded me of a beetroot dish we recently had in a Parisian upscale restaurant. I thought that was very good, but the beetroot risotto was much better IMHO. The lobster was an exceptional addition as well - normally I stick to the basics when it comes to lobster, just butter. But I must tell you Chef Alex blew my socks off when it came to the way the lobster was cooked and the flavor. Another twist was that I was a bit sensitive to wine histamines lately, so the bar staff Candese, Leo, and Tom had some challenges pairing our food choices. Tom and Leo came through with the pairings and the meal was a great success. Needles to say we did come home with a lot of left overs. When we chatted with the managers Haley and Scott about how good the food was and chef Alex came out and asked what we thought. The only thing I said was see you next Monday! If you are reading this - I highly recommend coming to Fleming’s for their seared scallops and the Lobster Tail roasted with parmesan breadcrumbs. I know I am!
