This was my first experience dining at Flemings. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and were treated to delicious champagne which was a lovely surprise. The ambience is great and it is a lovely restaurant and bar. Our waiter was terrific and we all thought our food was delicious. We all tasted my sister's mushroom soup and said it was the best soup we ever ate. I will definitely go back to a Flemings wherever they are located.

Great ambiance. Classic table settings with adequate space between tables and seating. Very good service with attentive wait staff.

**UPDATE, the manager reached out and we had a conversation, he listened and resolved the concern and welcomed us back. I’m very happy with the customer service and updated my review. Everything is usually GREAT! I’m confident it will be next time. ~ Normally Flemings is very good on all accounts. We went during restaurant week and the experience was poor. There were several times our drinks were out, even water, and no one checked on us. The server was super busy covering too many tables. Food was not the normal quality when we did the restaurant week deal. Has to ask for every single thing needed. Expected better as previously it has been better.
