My boyfriend and I came across this restaurant randomly on open table as we were just in town for the weekend. It was easy to snag a last-minute table at our perfect time. Our reservation was at 9:15 p.m., and we were not seated until 9:25 p.m., which was not bad as we understand they were cleaning a table from a recent party. Now, let's get straight to the best part. The restaurant has live music on Saturdays and Sundays. The lady who was there this Saturday (7/27/24) was phenomenal. Every song she sang was on point, and she kept the lyrics to the original. As many people know, some artists like to add their adlibs to songs. However, she did a fantastic job on top of our waiter, Oscar. He was hands down the most knowledgeable waiter we had! He told us everything we needed to know about each steak on the menu and what part of the cow’s body it was from. He was extremely helpful when it came to making our selection. We selected their two-course meal: a salad and a 6 oz Filet Mignon with a stuffed lobster with crab imperial on top! The Caesar salad was so damn good, I literally could have licked the plate, lol. But When I say the steak was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth like butter. The steak was tender! We were so surprised how the steak was so good! And our plates were so hot that the steak was still cooked! So, if you like your steaks medium or medium plus, don’t worry; it will come out perfectly! In addition to the steak, we added two sides, mashed potatoes, and creamed corn, which were out of this world. I can go on and on about this restaurant because the service was amazing from the beginning to the end. I would recommend this restaurant and ask for Oscar if you come. He knows his stuff and will not steer you wrong!

We had the best time celebrating at Fleming’s. Our waiter, James, made our experience even better. We were seated next to a noisy group of young guys, we had asked if it was possible to move and he made it happen. (We didn’t want to be those people but they were extremely loud). Not only that but his service and attentiveness was above and beyond! We both ordered the filet with crab stuffed lobster and a Caesar salad and we were so impressed. The bread service and homemade butters were great as well as our onion ring appetizer. We’re not from Miami but we will make Fleming’s a priority for our next trip down!

Superb service, specially from our waiter James, as well as the usual terrific food. Manager/Owner Daniel Montoya does an amazing job welcoming everyone and making Flemings Brickell feel like home.
