Ordered filet mignon medium and it came out well done. They brought me another that was closer to medium (but pretty unevenly cooked) and comped an extra glass of wine for the trouble. Ultimately, the price point here is very high for the level of dining experience it is. There are plenty comparable steakhouses in the area at a better price point and/or with better food. The proximity to Disney and the Westin is convenient.

We were there for my husbands birthday. It was nice, they even had a card for him and some confetti stars on the table. The waiter Isaiah was fantastic, his birthday was the following day. My only thing was that they butterflies my steak evening I asked them not to, which then slightly over cooked my steak. Other than that, super nice staff. We were sat between 2 large parties who were very loud and it made it hard to hear when we tried to chit chat. Overall great place, just not for intimate dining…more social dining.

Made reservations to celebrate my wife and I’s 2nd wedding anniversary and to celebrate expecting our first child in 2 short months. Reservations were made several days prior to our visit. Wife has been craving a good steak and lobster bisque during her pregnancy so I surprised her with dinner at Fleming’s. We get sat, prepare to order and the first thing my wife requests is lobster bisque. Waitress tells us they are completely out of lobster except for regular lobstsr tails. This means no lobster bisque and half of the side items which include lobster (lobster mashed potatos, lobster mac and cheese, and some others). Excuse was “we had a conference this week and we got wiped out”. They had our reservation for days in advance and KNEW they were out of ingredients critical to half of their menu. They never gave us a courtesy call to let us know this. My poor pregnant wife spent hours getting ready for our date, looked beautiful, and we spent an hour driving in rush hour traffic to make our reservation. Told the waitress we were going to leave. Was not interested in spending several hundred dollars on dinner when we could not even order the things we wanted and came for. Waitress never offered to have a manager come speak to us… I had to go to the front desk as we were leaving and request to speak to one to express our anniversary dinner and experience being completely ruined. This is not how a high end, high class steakhouse should treat their customers. They had my phone number and a nice courtesy call of “We know you have reservations tonight to celebrate your special events but we wanted to inform you many menu items will be unavailable, is that okay? Or would you like to perhaps reschedule?”… Nothing. Ruined our anniversary, ruined our dinner, and destroyed my wifes steak craving she has been having while pregnant for months. Completely unacceptable and will never come here again.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, and they congratulated us on our 12 year anniversary. The waiter, the person that brought us bread the person that kept serving us water and even the servers who brought out the food were amazing. The food was exceptionally great!!

Worst experience at a steakhouse. Ride at the bar. No interest in helping. And the waiter messed up the entire dinner order.

The overall experience was good. Had an issue with one water refill where it tasted weird, but our waiter took care of it immediately. Waited a bit for refilling bread.
