Following a successful launch in Salt Lake City, Carver Road Hospitality brought its Flanker food and beverage concept to the Las Vegas Strip with their Summer 2023 debut of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road's premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment.
Flanker's extensive menu of elevated American fare features scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. A healthy selection of salads and bowls and weekend brunch items round out the offerings.

So we were looking for a place with TVs and we found Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar - we took a drive out here from our hotel and we are SO HAPPY that we did! The food was absolutely perfect and worth the money! You have to try the nachos! Not only that but our waitress was so sweet and she even remembered our table’s complicated order without writing it down! Truly an all-star and the staff was fantastic! Highly recommended and will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing experience for our family!

Our party of 6 was seated right away. Taco Tuesday was underway and all of us had tacos and margaritas, food and drinks were excellent. Our service was friendly and efficient, we had a great time!

Sadly, because of my latex allergy, I could not eat at the restaurant. The server came and talked to me after being there for 20 minutes. I'm a bit disappointed. Although latex is cheaper, establishments should switch or have nitrate gloves on hand for many who have latex allergies. Restaurants lose business with not having options.

We were supposed to dine at this restaurant, however, upon arrival we were told they couldn’t accommodate the reservation. When I was speaking to the hostess, the manager came up and said no, we cannot accommodate it. I asked what happened because the reservation was confirmed on open table and his response was “it doesn’t help us when people make a reservation right before showing up” for context the reservation was made 25 minutes prior to arrival and they still had reservations available for our time slot and several spots immediately following. I felt that the manager’s response was unnecessary and needlessly rude. If you have a reservation available and it’s accepted, that’s not our fault. They could have closed reservations with open table much sooner. We made the reservation 25 minutes before arrival. As an event manager I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this venue for any of my corporate events or to any of my colleagues. Customer service is paramount and the manager did not exhibit any.

Food was lovely, ordered wings to share was timely but server didn’t come with extra plates we had to asked for. Then the burger and chicken sandwich came out we hadn’t finished the wings. Could never find our server felt bad keep asking others to assist with water and napkins. Food was very good, service could do with stepping up a notch.

Roast and potatoes are the best. Kale salad is also good. We are going to go back next time we are in town.

Came to watch the Pac-12 Championship and had a great experience. The Double Wagyu burger was amazing and there was a great beer list. Most importantly, I got to watch the Huskies win on this massive movie theater type screen! Highly recommend, I'm coming back for the Rose Bowl for sure.
