For the price, the steaks should’ve been better. They were a tad over cooked for medium rare.

The waitstaff is always on point, the food comes out hot & fresh and the espresso martinis are a personal favorite of mine!

My girlfriend and I discovered Flair Taverna through a West Texas Jazz Society jam session held there on a Sunday afternoon. We only ordered appetizers but the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We went back for a full meal before attending the last night of the West Texas Jazz Party, and we decided that it was so good it needed to be our new date night spot whenever we can make it over to Odessa. Excellent all around.

Brittany did a great job serving us, even bringing a rose to my wife for Mother’s Day. Our only issue was that my wife’s Chicken Al Limone came out room temperature. My steak was delicious and cooked perfectly and our daughters loved the Chicken Alfredo.

Brought my wife,mother and my mother-in-law out for Mother’s Day. It was fantastic experience great atmosphere great food definitely recommend.

As usual this place was amazing. Service was exceptional, food came out quickly and it was delicious and drinks were perfect. Loved the live band also! It’s definitely a fun place and we always have a great time here.

It was our First time at flair, service was great, food was delicious, we sat on the bar side for the live music, it was decent. Would definitely return and try some more of their menu

The place was beautiful, and Raul was the best waiter. I’ve had in a very long time. It was very important today that my date was taken care of and she was very happy. And that made me happy. Kudos to you guys! I’m coming back.
