Le chef Mark Monette est responsable des délices culinaires chez Maison Flagstaff depuis 1985. Son style unique intègre la cuisine française et les accents asiatiques, réunis par sa formation acquise dans plusieurs restaurants étoilés Michelin 3 fois, en France et en Orient. Mark a travaillé avec plusieurs grands chefs dont Bernard Hermman et Thomas Keller. Au Flagstaff House, le chef Mark a eu le plaisir de préparer un menu spécial pour l'empereur et l'impératrice du Japon, ainsi que pour le Premier ministre du Japon et ses ministres des Affaires étrangères. Le restaurant a également reçu et nourrit plusieurs dignitaires culinaires notables, dont Paul Bocuse, Angela Gaja et Robert Mondavi. La famille Monette est propriétaire de Flagstaff House depuis 1971.     I can understand why this is a top place for an experience. I don’t call it a restaurant, I call it an experience. Marcelino was an excellent server who attended to all of our needs above and beyond. Food was excellent and has a very fresh and organic taste to it. If you have the opportunity, I would recommend to visit.

    What a treat! Everything was wonderful-loved all the special chef treats. The sommelier was so friendly and helpful. And the setting- amazing as well.

    We celebrated our Anniversary. The restaurant was full on Sunday evening and we got the worst table in the whole place. It was by the stairs in the veranda outside. Cold air was coming from the outside on our feet and the heater above our table was making sauna effect on the upper body. What a design! I wish the owners dine at this table and recognize how bad it is. The food was good as always, we come there for many years. The service was excellent. I recommend coming in weekdays, I think Monday and Tuesday is not so busy.

    Wow, we absolutely loved the food and the service at Flagstaff House. Every course was amazing on the four course tasting experience. The views from the restaurant were spectacular.
