Le chef Mark Monette est responsable des délices culinaires chez Maison Flagstaff depuis 1985. Son style unique intègre la cuisine française et les accents asiatiques, réunis par sa formation acquise dans plusieurs restaurants étoilés Michelin 3 fois, en France et en Orient. Mark a travaillé avec plusieurs grands chefs dont Bernard Hermman et Thomas Keller. Au Flagstaff House, le chef Mark a eu le plaisir de préparer un menu spécial pour l'empereur et l'impératrice du Japon, ainsi que pour le Premier ministre du Japon et ses ministres des Affaires étrangères. Le restaurant a également reçu et nourrit plusieurs dignitaires culinaires notables, dont Paul Bocuse, Angela Gaja et Robert Mondavi. La famille Monette est propriétaire de Flagstaff House depuis 1971. Le restaurant est titulaire de nombreux prix prestigieux, dont celui du détenteur de plus longue haleine du Wine Spectator Grand Award au Colorado. Fabulous restaurant! Their attention to detail was exceptional! The menu had many options and everything we had was delicious! The restaurant was beautiful! A very nice evening.

There aren’t enough stars to give to Flagstaff! Everything is top notch and should be a Michelin rating! Our server, Amy, was pleasant and engaging. We can’t recommend Flagstaff more highly!

We had an amazing dinner at Flagstaff House. The menu offered so many choices! Everything we had was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our wants.

What a lovely 4 course experience we had at Flagstaff House. There was a beautiful rainbow over the exquisite view (bonus), when we arrived. The service was exceptional and what an extensive wine list. Conner the sommelier helped us narrow down to a notable bottle, given our menu choices. My niece is very excited to bring her husband back for a special dinner. Thank you for making our dinner & evening so memorable!

A real treat even for residents. Only complaint was the rack of lamb portion was very meager.

Our experience at Flagstaff was outstanding--every aspect. The location/view from the dining room and general ambience is beautiful; the service was exceptional, and the cuisine was outstanding. I have to give a special thank you to the chefs for going way above and beyond preparing a full four course, special meal for me due to extensive food allergies. I had no expectations of this and was completely blown away by it. My co-diners were equally amazed by their four-course meals from the regular menu. Compared to other fine dining restaurants at a similar price point, this was, hands down, the best experience we have ever had, start to finish.
