Le chef Mark Monette est responsable des délices culinaires chez Maison Flagstaff depuis 1985. Son style unique intègre la cuisine française et les accents asiatiques, réunis par sa formation acquise dans plusieurs restaurants étoilés Michelin 3 fois, en France et en Orient. Mark a travaillé avec plusieurs grands chefs dont Bernard Hermman et Thomas Keller. Au Flagstaff House, le chef Mark a eu le plaisir de préparer un menu spécial pour l'empereur et l'impératrice du Japon, ainsi que pour le Premier ministre du Japon et ses ministres des Affaires étrangères.     Thank you for choosing the Flagstaff House for your celebratory dinner! Reservations for May 6–11, 2025, open on January 16, 2025, at 2 PM (MST) and must be made directly by calling 303-442-4640. We are offering a 4-course menu for $185 per person. Due to high demand and limited availability, we kindly ask each family to make only one reservation during this special time. To ensure a smooth process, please have your party size, preferred date, and all reservation details ready when booking. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation, and cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 per person fee. We look forward to celebrating with you!

    I have dined at Flagstaff House many times over the past decades with family and friends and in the past always had a wonderful experience. This is the first time since Covid that we have gone back and I was disappointed. The good news is that the staff was quite good and very attentive. The following is what was disappointing. I was cold the entire time even though wearing a long sleeve knit top with a light lace jacket over it. And we were seated at a table without a centerpiece, even though every other table had one. A small detail, but at a restaurant at this high level usually is all about the details. Most importantly, the food in the four course meal was was highly variable with some items being fantastic and others so so. Again, not what I used to experience in past years where everything used to be top notch. Overall, the experience was not worth the high price.

    Deborah, we are so pleased you celebrated Scott's birthday with us this year. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am sorry to hear there were a few things that fell through the cracks. We strive for perfection, so this is disappointing to hear. I wish we would have known you were chilly, we could have adjusted the heat, moved you to a new table or provided a shall or heater for you. I am so sorry to hear that dining near the window got a bit drafty. I also agree that the details matter most and making sure you had a centerpiece, and every dish was perfect is the goal and I am sorry we did not hit that. I hope you are willing to give us another chance soon and we can make up for those misses and provide the true 5-star service we aim for every day.

    All the food was exquisite and done in very interesting ways. Their service is phenomenal. For a special occasion, this is no doubt the best place in Boulder.

    The service was good, very friendly and attentive. The food was subpar for a $475 meal. We're happy to spend that money but would expect more... I'd suggest Frasca if you want to get what you pay for.

    Our dinner experience was an absolute delight. The service was incredible. The front of house manager even escorted one of our handicapped guests from their vehicle, through the handicap entrance to our table. Cannot emphasize enough how good the service was throughout our meal as well. The food was great. We chose the four course meal. We all enjoyed the surprise little bites they brought in between courses.
