    I love this restaurant. Every time I go there I’ve had great meals and service. It is consistently good which is sometimes tough to accomplish. The menu always has a nice variety. Today the waiter Giovanni was so professional, friendly and very sweet. I ordered the vegetarian burger which was fried oyster mushrooms with various sauces and pickled jalapeños and of course the ever famous French fries. My daughter had the Cuban sandwich and fries. Both were outstanding! Overall it was a pleasant experience on a beautiful, warm day on Halloween🎃

    The dining experience is always good however, yesterday my friend and I ate lunch there and had very poor service. We were on a tight schedule and when we were ready to pay our bill the waiter was nowhere to be found. The chef had to call to him to come out and go to our table. He was an expressionless jerk. How someone like that holds a job is beyond me.

    Had a nice evening with great food and service. Though they were short-staffed they were still able to give us a lovely experience.

    We had tickets for the Symphony (and let the restaurant know at the time I made the reservation). Reservations at 5:30 and the rechargeable light in the table went out 20 minutes after we were seated. Service was slow, my husband’s fish was overcooked. The restaurant was not crowded. We each ordered a cocktail, salad, entree, glass of wine, and shared dessert (which should have been complimentary) Our bill, before tip, was $295. We nearly missed the start of the symphony.

    OHad a 7:45 reservation on a Thursday. The restaurant was mostly empty so my group of 4 sat at the bar after checking in with the hostess and had a drink. We sat at the table around 8:30 and the waiter informed us the kitchen was closing at 9. We put in an app and entrees and he brought the dessert menu and said if we wanted anything we should order now, so we put in 1 item to share. It took about 20mins for the food to come out and everything was brought at once, app, entrees and shortly after the dessert and check. The waiter was busy chatting with the one other table and there was no check in on drinks or coffee, he just came back for the check. The food was great but the service was very lacking for a high end expensive restaurant.

    Our waiter knew we were on a timeline to get to a concert but we had an hour and half. The food came about 3 minutes before we had to leave. And he had pushed me into an entre I didn’t like. They discounted that one entre but still made me pay for the rest of the food we had to walk of and leave.
