FKABAM is a place for fun. We take our food seriously, but not ourselves. Tables are close together, and the atmosphere is loud and vibrant. Reservations are available four weeks in advance for parties of 1 to 4 guests. For parties larger than this, please email info@blackaxemangal.com

We keep a few spaces free for walk-ins as first come first served and run a waitlist when we are busy.

We serve a Set Menu; this changes regularly and is published on our Instagram @fkablackaxemangal. Limited numbers of new and old fave dishes will be available to add to your meal each night. We also have a vegetarian/vegan menu available upon request as well as a Gluten Free menu. All members of your party must order a set menu.

Please note our cancellation policy and do not ask us to waiver fees if you forget to cancel within the time frame.

The waitstaff took excellent care of us and the kitchen was on top form. This menu was one of my favourites to date, just sad I didn’t leave enough room to finish the puds…

Overpriced and overrated. Had been wanting to visit this restaurant for years due to rave reviews. Saved it for a trip back to the UK as I’ve now moved abroad and wish I went somewhere else to mark the special occasion. Food was bland and extortionate. Criminal to bill the vegan and meat menus at the same price of £59 despite there being huge differences in ingredient costs as well as effort put in. Best dish was the Guinness cake which was my partners under the meat menu! I was also looking forward to the menu listed on Instagram and arrived to see it was something else as they hadn’t posted the updated menu in time. Nothing to write home about, left feeling really disappointed. Service also very slow.

One of London’s *absolute* best restaurants. Makes eating everywhere else seem dull and rather lacking in flavour.

Incredible. Some of the best food that I ever had. Flavor profiles were so unique. The chop Suey Chicken Milanese’s was 10/10

I can't understand why this place has any good review. Overpriced Sharing Plate Starter - sliced meat under sauce and mooli - to share - a piece of squid ink bread with taramasalata on top - to share Main - 1 breaded chicken with noodles on top - to share Dessert - one glass of peach melba - to share £59 EACH and could've made and produced that meal myself.

Always worth a trip to FKABAM. Never disappoints and always fun taking people that haven’t been before to show it off.

Was a bit let down by this place. I don’t mind paying good money for good food but my opinion is that this is just overpriced. The menu changes monthly I think so maybe this was just a bad month, but either way, you can get a lot better food & customer service for this price. I tried the set menu and honestly 2/5 of the meals were actually really good, the rest was either pretty good or a massive let down. Especially desert. Unfortunately, would not recommend to friends & won’t be returning.
