The vibe was really nice, just as pictured. We enjoyed our food and drinks, however the service was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant wasn’t busy and after 20 minutes of waiting, we finally tracked someone down to order drinks and appetizers. Our waiter never checked on us in between dropping off food and was annoyed when we wanted to finish our bottle of wine at the end of the evening. Very disappointing experience especially at a restaurant with such a high price point. Definitely will not be returning.

Overall, I loved the concept of this restaurant. But I was a little disappointed with the layout of it being in the parking lot of the Hilton Universal Hotel. I was celebrating my birthday with a party of 9 ladies and we all came for the beautiful floral ambiance. Due to the size of the party, our table was in the covered patio area. And I had no idea that it was the parking lot. Our goal was to sit inside with the floral deco. Well, my wish was granted with the gracious help of Natalie and Andrea. Fortunately, my party size was reduced, and we were seated inside. Once seated, our server Paul went above and beyond with providing outstanding service. The food and the drinks did not disappoint. There was only one hiccup.. one of my friends' meal wasn't right, and it took a while to get it fixed, but Paul immediately resolved it and comped her for the inconvenience. My two suggestions: 1. Give guests with large parties the option of seating on the patio or inside with the floral deco. 2. Remove the umbrella in the patio and extend the floral deco over the patio so that everyone can enjoy the floral deco.

The food and ambience was great. The service however though was terrible. They forgot my husband’s order. They took a long time to bring out drinks and they brought the appertif together with all the main dish

Venue has floral decoration. The food and drink had colorful floral decoration and foods served had appetizin presentation. Enjoyed listening to the live one man band playing the guitar. He played all types of music but I loved the Latin beats. The location at Universal Hilton with a view of Hollywood Hills and had a good breeze to cool down the warm temperature.

Wonder what the hype is about this place? I was expecting a true birds eye view of Studio City but Nope! The ambience's alright. Fake flowers up on the ceiling, nice place for picture taking for posting on Instagram? I must say the server was attentive. Food didn't blow my palette away. It's not bad but for the top price that I am paying, one would expect that "Wow factor?" Would I return again? Maybe not in a long while.
