Welcome to Five Little Pigs.

The newest restaurant in the historic riverside town of Wallingford, Five Little Pigs serves local, seasonally changing food and drink that reflects the incredible produce from our area in the style of executive chef Aimee Hunt. From farmers to distillers, we love to showcase the best on offer in our very own style.

Our lovingly and carefully designed restaurant and bar spaces inside and out can cater for you whatever you want to do; brunch, lunch, dinner or even just a coffee, glass of wine or a beer – you are very welcome!

Very innovative food, well presented. We will certainly be making Five Little Pigs a regular restaurant. It's exciting to find such great cooking in rural Oxfordshire

Wife and I have been thinking of going for sometime, my wife's 65th Birthday anniversary seemed the ideal opportunity. 12pm lunch, arrived 10 minutes early and was warmly welcomed and both politely shown to our table and handed menus and asked if we would like tap water or bottled. To accompany the water we ordered a couple of decaf coffees whilst we perused the menu. Service was both polite and unfussy and they were more than happy to allow us to both a starter and the desert. Thoroughly recommended.

Really good lunch again. Love coming here. Prices are noticeably higher though.

AMAZING meal!!! Had the duck with blackberry sauce. It was beautifully buttery and went perfectly with the sauce. Then followed a chocolate fondant. Melt in the middle and absolutely divine. I can't wait to go back.

We've been at five little pigs several times, and we were always very pleased. But this time we were utterly dissapointed: --The service was slow, it took almost an hour between our appetisers and the main courses. --The staff was not really attentive. --The food was overall ok, but my main course, an onglet steak, was really bad: (a) it was quite raw (not rare) and of bad quality, simply not eatable, full of various threads...; (b) the manager, who I guess acts as a waitress too, brought one of the two main courses and a side order all at the same time, but it took her quite a long time to bring my main course, which, not surprisingly was quite cold when it arrived (I saw her doing other things instead, e.g. chatting with customers and caryying customers' coats, while I was waiting for my main course). --I did raise with a waitress the problems with my main course. She did seem particularly interested, but she told me that she would notify the kitchen. After a while, I left my table to look for the waitress to ask her is indeed she notified the kitchen. She assured me that she did, and when I told her that the meat was really bad, she said she would talk to her manager. --The manager did come, and to her credit, she offered not to charge us for my main course, and also offered any items from the dessert menu for free, which we thought was quite generous, and perhaps, this is the best she could do given the circumstances. But she also tried to argue with us that the meat was rare, while as I mentioned earlier, it was in fact raw/undercooked. Given that this has been a bad experience from the start, we decided to skip the dessert, pay our bill and go. Very very dissapointed. I've been at some of the finest restaurants around the world. Five Little Pigs needs to do a lot more before they claim they are a fine restaurant.
