    Waiter quite rude. Told us he was busy so we needed to order everything straight away. Our drinks arrived after our food , so the food was left to go cold. We asked for water and were given very little , even though it was very hot that day. An intimidating place.

    Guiseppe was excellent! Great food and service. One of my guests said it was the best panna cotta she has ever had!

    Appauling! Service was non existent. No check backs on a cold main. Waiters not paying attention..was really looking forward to going as I am a HUGE Francesco Mazzei fan and I couldnt wait to come to his signature london restaurant. The whole experience left me so upset on my girlfriends birthday. A utter tragedy from Start to finish. The whole operation needs to take a very serious hard look at it's customer service standards.

    Service was slow - had to wait about an hour for the mains to arrive. Not attentive staff. Expensive dishes

    Superb food and environment with great service , a little pricey but it is London . Definitely will go again

    Nice place for casual dining. Shame we couldn’t book to sit outside as that would have made our experience even better

    A really delightful experience. Our waiter, Asian, was attentive and delightful. Food was excellent. Thank you.

    Table in back of restaurant really nice noise level just right drinks and food order taken quickly and efficiently Starters were OK but nothing special not really worth the price except the prawns Mains came again OK the main complaint no followup from staff but expect us to pay a 13% service charge we did add service of 5% but the waitress seem to find that insulting Would we go back no just very average food and service a shame as the resturant is beautiful.

    Service slow , but it was the quality of food left totally disappointing. Two people had the lamb but could not eat very poor quality food like trying to eat leather , potatoes with same . The manager was quite fair and did not charge us and offer another dish but we did not expect. The bill still come to £270 but take off £95 for a bottle of champagne. Was a birthday treat for auntie. Location good but that’s it . This is only the second negative review I ever given
