We absolutely loved our time at FITZ. We enjoyed most of the apps and several mans and all were delicious.

Beautiful, dark bohemian bar with a very chilled relaxing vibe. £18 for cocktails which is not unusual for swanky London bars but with huge lumps of ice which means the actual volume of alcohol/liquid is a thimble full which was disappointing. Restaurant was very quiet for our 6pm reservation but it did pick up and become more lively. Food was gorgeous and good portions. Vegetable sides were amazing and we were very impressed overall with the food. Our server was very friendly and helpful but bizarrely after main course and giving us dessert menu she disappeared and never came back to take our order although we could see her rushing around as were all the other servers who looked stressed. We couldn't get the attention of any other servers so after 30 minutes we decided to leave without dessert or coffees. It does appear that they do not have enough staff once the restaurant fills up.

I was looking forward to having a great time at Fitz on the Saturday night with my partner. We saw the nice pictures online looking forward to our date night and made sure to book online beforehand with open table. When we placed our orders and had our cocktails were noticed they were incredibly strong and almost burning our throat. With concern we asked our waitress whether this was normal and if we could have them diluted a bit more. Unfortunately instead of feeling heard and understood we were met with a rude waitress that read us a lesson on how the cocktails were made, when they were clearly too strong and incorrectly made. I was met with a cocktail bill for 40 pounds for two average tasting cocktails and then proceeded to pay an extra 60 pounds on dinner (the food was quite nice). We were expecting more for the price we’re paying and I think the service really needs improving, especially when they are raising the prices of their menu card.

The music is a bit too loud for conversation, just my opinion. Service took a while to get going and then it was fine. Food was excellent. Will come back on my next visit to London.

Loved every minute of the dinin and drinks experience. Cool, attentive staff, great wine selection. The food was hearty and good quality and the cocktails in the bar were original and tasty! Definitely revisiting this place :-)

Lovely building and pleasant seating. Was not busy when we went and service was slow. Expensive for portion size and drinks very expensive £19 for a cocktail - on asking for a menu was told we can do whatever you require so I asked for a Bellini - no peach syrup!
