Des sushi raffinés et des huîtres fraîches complètent le menu dans ce restaurant local prisé. La cuisine gastronomique du FishBones est préparée au-dessus d'un foyer construit sur mesure sur un feu de bois de chêne et de citronnier de Floride à près de 650 °C, permettant d'obtenir des saveurs fabuleuses. Le FishBones est reconnu comme l'un des 10 meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer d'Amérique.     We always enjoy our dining experience at the Lake Mary Fish Bones. Their hospitality is always above any other restaurants. We continue to return time and time again because the food is consistently well prepared, the staff is friendly and always go above and beyond. I think it’s the best steak in town. We will continue to return.
