Des sushi raffinés et des huîtres fraîches complètent le menu dans ce restaurant local prisé. La cuisine gastronomique du FishBones est préparée au-dessus d'un foyer construit sur mesure sur un feu de bois de chêne et de citronnier de Floride à près de 650 °C, permettant d'obtenir des saveurs fabuleuses. Le FishBones est reconnu comme l'un des 10 meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer d'Amérique.     My review is biased because I love FishBones. The service, food and ambiance is great! The entire service staff is fantastic but David is our favorite! He is knowledgeable, always giving us really good food and drink recommendations. He is the best! We were there yesterday and had the lady dragon roll, grilled oysters, and bang bang shrimp for appetizers. We had the grouper with crab meat and baked potato - every thing was delicious. Our parents had the steak and shrimp scampi with baked potato and salads as well. We also had the scampi with the grouper. The food was amazing. The entire table raved about the food but we always do! The ambiance is nice when dining outdoors in the evening. Beautiful night, food and company! This is a great place for any occasion but top notch for a special occasion! Highly recommend! Our food with tip was a little over $100 per person and that included 2 drinks per person for a party of four. I think the value is excellent for the quality and portion sizes. Most dishes are shareable.

    We were able to get a reservation online on a Saturday night during holiday season. We were seated less than 5 minutes of our arrival time. Seating and service was swift. Food was excellent. Our dining experience was superb.

    The service was amazing , the staff was great, attentive, and entertaining. The food was delicious. There was not one thing that was bad. The attention to detail in all the dishes was evident. The flavors were spot on. The steaks were cooked perfectly.

    Hosted our office Christmas dinner here and had a very enjoyable 2 hour meal. Service was very attentive and resourceful. Would highly recommend Fishbones to anyone wanting very good food with an outstanding ambience and service.

    Daniel our server not only provided good service but had a great personality. His knowledge of the wines was good and we tasted a sample of a couple before choosing. Food was good. The shareable sides were big we ordered two but could have done with one for the 4 of us. We will be back

    Food was excellent as always. You can count on great tasting food everytime. Our server Alexys was very bubbly, friendly and attentive. When they found out we were celebrating a birthday, they brought out a complimentary appetizer.
