La cuisine gastronomique du FishBones est préparée au-dessus d'un foyer construit sur mesure sur un feu de bois de chêne et de citronnier de Floride à près de 650 °C, permettant d'obtenir des saveurs fabuleuses. Had a great time with Devon, our server. The meal was delicious, and the care to detail was top-notch. Would like to guests spend more time on dressing to have dinner. A dress code would be nice to see.

Went for our 29th year wedding anniversary. The food was so delicious. We had over 5 appetizers, drinks and dinner. It was more than we expected with a card and ice cream for dessert. Needless to say we brought leftovers home to enjoy.

Always a great experience as always. Had the Trigger Fish and Blackened Prime Rib. Normally have the Butter Cake for desert. Thought I'd try the Key Lime Cheese cake. Was rather Tort. So not for me

As always, love the happy hour at Fishbones - consistently excellent, smiling service, great cocktails and LOVE the happy hour apps - especially the Dang Bang shrimp, spicy tuna roll and macadamia chicken!!!!

My husband and I made reservations at Fishbones for our 14th anniversary, and everything was spectacular. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, we couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate. They have a happy hour that we would like to come back to try soon before the next milestone we want to celebrate. If you are looking for a special place for your anniversary, birthday, or another significant occasion, I highly recommend that you dine here.

Excellent meal as usual. The NY strip is fantastic and the cauliflower side is amazing. Service is always solid too. We love this place

The food was excellent!!! The best clam chowder I have ever tasted. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. It melted in my mouth. The services was good initially because we got there close to their opening time. However, as we progressed through our meal the service was not good. We waited long periods between courses. They may have been short staffed. The service was disappointing, but everything else was great.
