Avec un menu aussi unique que son nom, le FishBones vous propose des fruits de mer frais tout juste pêchés, ainsi que des steaks maturés et des côtelettes. Des sushi raffinés et des huîtres fraîches complètent le menu dans ce restaurant local prisé. La cuisine gastronomique du FishBones est préparée au-dessus d'un foyer construit sur mesure sur un feu de bois de chêne et de citronnier de Floride à près de 650 °C, permettant d'obtenir des saveurs fabuleuses. Le FishBones est reconnu comme l'un des 10 meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer d'Amérique. L'Orlando Magazine lui a d'ailleurs décerné les titres de « Meilleur Restaurant », « Meilleurs Fruits de Mer », « Meilleur Repas en Plein Air » et du « Meilleur Endroit pour les Cocktails ». Drinks and dinner on the back porch. Excellent as usual! Oysters, Grouper, Sea Bass & Butter Cake & drinks. Richard did a fine job with the service.

Tonight we had Lilly. She was amazing as all the servers we’ve had at FishBones are. And the food once again nothing short of awesome. Matt, the manager is always cordial , friendly and greets us with a smile.

As always we had a great experience. Our server Dylan and his assistant Kevin were fantastic , observant , good conversation and great recommendations. The fillet was cooked to perfection and the New England clam chowder is a must . Thank you !!!

We love Fishbones! The food is always good and so is the service. We had the oysters, lady dragon roll, salad and the trigger fish. We also had three cocktails. Nick was our server and he was awesome! Great time as always.

This is a top notch fine dining restaurant! The service is outstanding! The quality of their food is excellent, and there is a good variety of entree options. The sushi is fantastic too. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

The staff at Fishbones goes out of their way to make your night special. We brought some friends who had never dined there and everyone had a great time. Great food,drink wine and service.
