Des sushi raffinés et des huîtres fraîches complètent le menu dans ce restaurant local prisé. La cuisine gastronomique du FishBones est préparée au-dessus d'un foyer construit sur mesure sur un feu de bois de chêne et de citronnier de Floride à près de 650 °C, permettant d'obtenir des saveurs fabuleuses. Le FishBones est reconnu comme l'un des 10 meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer d'Amérique.     When I made the reservation, I stated that it was my son-in-law’s birthday and he specifically wanted the wagu tomahawk steak. When we arrived, we were told the steak was no longer available. The steak he got was good,, but not what we came for. Also, the service was disappointingly slow and there was no recognition of my son-in-law’s birthday. All in all the food was good, but the experience was not up to par.

    My husband and I both ordered the 8 ounce filet mignon medium when it came out mine was overdone and my husband's was underdone. He decided to keep his of course I sent mine back. I guess to speed the process of cooking they butterflied my steak. When I got it back it was very rare still sent it back one more time. This time when they brought it back to me it was shoe leather. Needless to say did not have dinner last night. Of course they offered to cook me something else but after being there for an hour and a half already and all of my à la carte sides were cold and my husband was done with his dinner I was just over it.

    We are from out of town and we’re just visiting for one night. We chose this restaurant based on reviews and were not disappointed. Everything from the cocktails, appetizers and meals was fresh and delicious. We had a dinner special that was really reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. The server, Kevin, was also top notch and we appreciated his suggestions and enjoyed chatting with him. It will be at the top of our list if we are in the area again.

    Food was incredible!!! Service from Jacob and Jeremy was wonderful! Taylor at the hostess stand was doing her best on a busy New Year’s Eve night…hearing that the fire pits couldn’t be lit due to a gas leak..not sure we believed that but was a bummer to not have them lit.
