The atmosphere felt warm, comfortable, and intimate—a place where you could unwind and truly enjoy the night. From the moment you were greeted at the door, the service stood out. The staff recognized you, offering a familiar smile and greeting that made you feel more like a regular than just another guest. They escorted you to your favorite table, positioned in the ideal spot where you could take in the ambiance but still enjoy some quiet privacy. As you settled in, they brought you a glass of water, and the waiter’s knowledge of the menu was impressive. They spoke passionately about the specials, recommending dishes that perfectly aligned with what you were in the mood for. When the food arrived, it was nothing short of a masterpiece. The presentation alone was stunning, as though each plate was a canvas, with vibrant colors and textures that piqued your appetite immediately.                                               We had a really great Caesar salad and Brussels sprouts followed by sea bass and coffee. Everything was so good and the service was great! It was a lovely afternoon!

                                              Service , ambiance, value was very good. The food was overall good. My friend and I ordered the seared tuna. I specifically requested very rare, it came overcooked and paired with an extremely vinegary salad. Why would you pair a raw/rare fish dish with raw vinegary salad I do not understand. The menu described that it comes with asparagus and normally thought is steamed buttered asparagus. Instead the asparagus was nearly invisible and also raw. The other two dishes grilled sea bass and paella were very good. Appetizers, wine, desert were also very good.

                                              Our meal was fantastic it was our first time at Fishbone and our Waiter Dave made our visit even better. He was funny attentive and a super Waiter. We couldn’t be happier with our meal and the service we received. We will definitely be coming back.
