I took my husband to the Firepit Restaurant for a birthday treat. We had a drink at the deck bar when we arrived and we really liked the space and atmosphere with the fires going soft seating and service was great. When we were due to move to the restaurant we were advised where to go which was helpful as we had not been before. We approached the entrance to the restaurant over a glass bridge overlooking the reception. We weee welcomed to the restaurant by a polite lady who advised us that we could choose where we would like to sit. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time so sat near the window overlooking the golf course. We had a lovely tasting menu and each course was explained and delivered seamlessly to our table. Throughout our time in the restaurant we remained the only diners and only as we were getting ready to leave did another couple come in. This was our only disappointment as it meant the atmosphere and ambiance was a bit flat. However the food was very good and the service was excellent. We shall definitely return but maybe in the evening so it may be busier.

We have dined here on several occasions but last night we didn’t think the food was as good as previous meals, quite disappointing especially as we had friends with us for their first time But as always the service is absolutely brilliant

We went here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and have already booked another table for our anniversary. Great food choices, fantastic service, we can’t wait to go back!

Had meant to try the Firepit for ages as we love the sister restaurant the Korean Cowgirl. They were doing a special Fathers Day Lunch so booked that. Absolutely loved everything about it - the setting, the service and the food. Great selection of cocktails and extensive wine list. Highly recommend.
