Our Story
Our goal is to bring real, authentic American Hot Chicken to Dublin. Every plate is Fired up Fresh everytime and we pride ourselves on making EVERYTHING from scratch. Can you handle the HEAT?

AMERICAN ROOTS
Ashley & Peter met in Ashley’s hometown of Atlanta. As the relationship grew, they dreamed of bringing real Southern cooking to Peter’s home in Ireland. In 2020 Fireyrd was opened in the beautiful village of Ranelagh in Dublin.

FIRED UP FRESH
We pride ourselves in cooking every dish fresh everytime. We source local fresh ingredients and import the American classics to ensure we serve you real, fresh, authentic American Hot Chicken everytime!

Waiter and store owner were lovely. Always willing to assist and help. Updating us when there was a slight delay in food being ready to serve. Thank you guys.
