We were four and everything was delicious. I had a Caesar salad, grilled salmon and shrimp and I opted for a double vegetable, which was asparagus. My friends had the scallops and one had a steak. Service was terrific. This was my fourth time at Firebirds and will definitely go back. The only drawback for me was the noise level.

Noise level was awful. Parking was very difficult. Service was rushed and waitstaff did their best. They were out of pinot grigio wine!!! Had to ask about specials. One person in my party had to send their steak back twice as it was undercooked. Manager did apologize and comped one meal and gave additional discount. I will not be returning to Firebirds. Prices were high for quality of food.

Hubby and I had dinner last night. It was not that crowded, but bar area was full. Good food and good service will definitely return.

Service was great have been there for dinner also. The noise level can be a bit much when full! Food is a bit pricey but portions are ample. All and all a good experience.

After waiting for 15 minutes to get my StellaArtois, then I ordered a second to wait another 10 minutes, the waiter came back and said they were out of Stella. I then ordered a Heineken and after a few minutes was told they were also out. The music they play in the background was just noise, too muffled. The food was good but I’ll wait a few months to go back

Everything was delicious and service from Lilly was excellent. My filet was a bit undercooked....closer to rare than medium rare, but still delicious.

Steaks were nor cooked as requested- took two returns/ manager to finally get it right. Waitress was relatively new and ‘not polished’- tea water not hot; had to ask for spoons for coffee/ forks for dessert- realize it’s only been 2 weeks but for a steak house you want it cooked as requested and not be argued with definitions of medium and medium rare; one filet was an ‘end’ cut/ thin and over cooked

The steaks were good, very good actually, but the salmon my wife had was seriously over cooked. The service was deplorable. . Two salads came in a timely manner, the other two came 10 minutes later and then only on a vigorous request. Those salads came with our entrees, which we sent back, probably the cause of the over cooked salmon. The drink pours also seemed inaccurate. . We will not be back.
