We enjoyed our meal very much, the food was amazing and came out quickly. It was pre-opening so there were a lot of servers and bussers, probably too many but they were all in training and were very professional. We look forward to returning after they have been opened for awhile

Overall the service was outstanding from a people perspective. However the food was way too salty. I couldn't eat it, but this could be because the location is new and they are working out the kinks. I've been to other locations without issue.

I was there the Saturday before the official opening, it was a little loud. The server was good although a bit nervous, she forgot to ask my husband what side he’d like with his dinner. Other than that the service was great. My steak was under cooked from what I had ordered (medium plus), HOWEVER the cut of meat and the seasoning of the meat was so delicious I did not send it back. Portions were good. We will definitely be back.

The food was very good. Everything was cooked to order and came out in a timely manor. Our waitress, Natalie, was awesome and made sure we were enjoying our food and drinks. The booths were very large and the overall seating is set up with an open floor plan. Great place for couples or families. We will be back!

We were fortunate to be invited to the SoftOpening Saturday night. We enjoyed a wonderful dining experience & appreciated the ambiance of a beautiful setting with warm woods and tall glass windows with the view of the fireplace. The Bar is stunning and the lighting enhances the displayed selection of alcohol. My choice for dinner was a 7oz Filet Mignon that was so tender it barely needed a knife. My husband had Salmon that was done perfectly and melted in your mouth (I had a fork full). The service was friendly & accommodating from reception to waitstaff. There was sufficient parking & the location is perfect, we are happy to have this caliber of restaurant so convenient. We will be regulars!

We were invited to a pre opening complementary dinner for 2 as the staff trained. We ordered the Tuna starter, that was fresh and delicious. We both had the filet with mushrooms and blue cheese sauce...it was cooked perfectly and tasted as good as any filet we've enjoyed at Capital Grille or Ruth's Chris. I was happily surprised at the quality of the food and would gladly pay for our next meal at Firebirds. Best of luck to the Firebirds staff!!

Wonderful experience, our filet mignon was perfectly cooked and presented, salad and sides excellent. Our server, Emily was outstanding at her job. The ambiance was amazing and welcoming, we can’t wait to go back!
