Noisy !! Otherwise great food. Steak was well prepared and seasoned , salmon was great. Just couldn’t hear anybody at table because the room has not been designed for quietness!

This new place was amazing! The ambience is on point. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. My only minor complaint is that the seasoning used on the steak was a bit too salty for me... but aside from that... It was cooked perfect... And I was able to get past that... Because my steak was tender, Baked potato was amazing.. And my clam chowder soup appetizer was the best I ever had!

Overall it is excellent. Checks all but one of the boxes...wanting to please service, quality food, nice atmosphere and great cocktails. Unfortunately, it is way too loud. Hard to carry on a conversation without shouting. Night 2 and the place was packed! Standouts were the prime rib sliders and crab corn fritters. It is a great addition to the area!

The chicken on the 3 course menu the person in my party who ordered it, thought it was tough and did not like it. They should offer Cappuccino.

This was our first time at Firebirds. It was a great experience. Food was excellent as well as the service. Everyone had a great meal. We will return again.

We enjoyed our meal very much, the food was amazing and came out quickly. It was pre-opening so there were a lot of servers and bussers, probably too many but they were all in training and were very professional. We look forward to returning after they have been opened for awhile

Overall the service was outstanding from a people perspective. However the food was way too salty. I couldn't eat it, but this could be because the location is new and they are working out the kinks. I've been to other locations without issue.

I was there the Saturday before the official opening, it was a little loud. The server was good although a bit nervous, she forgot to ask my husband what side he’d like with his dinner. Other than that the service was great. My steak was under cooked from what I had ordered (medium plus), HOWEVER the cut of meat and the seasoning of the meat was so delicious I did not send it back. Portions were good. We will definitely be back.
