We had a wonderful meal on Veterans Day. They offer the best deal to veterans. We thank you for the support that we have received down through the years. The food at this establishment is AWESOME. I’ve never received a bad dish. The services is great as well.

The food was very good....creative tastes. The white sangria was a wonderful suggestion. The chicken with balsamic sauce was delicious and my husband had the salmon with shrimp. The tortilla soup was tasty though thick, unusual. The house salad had a unique dressing and delish. The hostesses, though one heck of a busy day -- Veterans Day, was calm, cool, collected and seated customers in a timely fashion--we had reservations. Others with no reservations were informed that they will try to do their best in seating them, though as tables clear, they will be prompt. I was highly impressed in their demeanor. However, the waiter was a bit "busy"--we didnt have water, until we asked; there was no silverware, until we asked. There were other waiters acknowledging service members for their support though the military, ours never said anything (27yrs of service). The energy of the wait staff was high and others most pleasant. When asked for assistance from other staff, they assisted in such a professional manner & most friendly, considering we were NOT their table. I guess our waiter was just having a bad day....as mentioned we will return. I was surprised that Open Table would inquire whether our reservations were for a "special occasion", as I stated yes, we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary, but no congratulations were expressed. Not much of a concern, but why ask?? As for a return visit--yes.

Even with an extremely busy Veteran's Day special event, Fire Bird's was very organized and customer service was excellent. We had the Grilled Shrimp and Strawberry salad which is our favorite choice on the menu.

Took Hubby for Veterans Day and it was very busy at 3:00 PM. But the buzz of the restaurant felt electric. We got a booth and it was comfortable and we never felt rushed. We ordered the Ribeye steaks with baked potatoes and Caesar Salad. The steaks were so flavorful and the potatoes were light and fluffy - perfectly baked! We had the Best server, CJ! He was friendly, knowledgeable and checked on us very timely! Kat the manager stopped by the table to see if we were enjoying our meals! She is awesome!

Our server, Matt was phenomenal! Even though our food took a little while (it was very busy), he kept us informed and made us feel like a priority. Also my steak was cooked to perfection! Thank you for a great experience in spite of it being a very busy afternoon.

Our waiter Sid, Us army veteran Navy was top notch! We enjoyed our meals and thank you firebirds going above and beyond serving free meals for veterans! Thank you from a neighbor customer from Woodbridge Va!

We find at this restaurant weekly because it is one of the best in our local area. In the occasion, my bride had the grilled salmon which was excellent and I had one of the the “Perfect Pair” options. I chose Potato Soup and a BLT (+ avocado) sandwich; an option I frequently choose. Service is always excellent at Firebirds and that is one of the reasons we dine there so frequently.

Food that we ate there was good. Service was so-so. We ordered a meal to go (cheeseburger - came w/ bbq sauce and we asked for none). Server came out to tell us that they had put bbq sauce on it and had to remake and it would be a bit longer. Less than one minute later the to go order was at the table. I was assured it was cooked to order (medium well) however when we got it home and my son bit into it, it was in fact very rare (think blood soaked bun).

Always great meals and superb service Firebirds but today my bride and I both went for soup and salad as we prep for the coming Thanksgiving feast! All the soups are excellent but the chicken vegetable is best for my waistline and it is excellent.
