The AC was too cold. We had to request to sit outside where it was much warmer

Made reservations but it seem as it wasn’t enough staff. I To serve the amount of people coming in. Our server wast pleasant either we would ask him questions he answered rude and acted like he didn’t want to answer questions.

We always have a great experience at the Firebirds Woodbridge VA location. We had drinks, dinner and dessert for a birthday. This weekend. The food and drinks are always incredible, the best is the area. The staff is always friendly, helpful and make sure you are well taken care of throughout your meal. Thanks!

Made reservations through Open Table and table was ready and waiting for us on our arrival! Service was outstanding. NY Strip Steak with BLT Butter was excellent - perfectly cooked and delicious.

We dine here weekly and I often reply to this request for feedback so my comments seem redundant. Suffice it to say, it is a favorite of ours because the entree options are excellent, the atmosphere is lovely and the service is great. I often go for soup and salad; my bride prefers the salmon.

I have been eating at Firebirds in Woodbridge since it opened. I love the food, the service, the people!!! It is always a special eating experience!!!

We had a great date night dinner at Firebirds. Our server Katy was awesome! Service was great from beginning to end. Food and drinks were perfect. We will be back!

Server was not aware of happy hour specials, could not tell us what beer was on tap? Salmon portion seemed smaller than advertised. Mixed vegetables were cubed or diced, not a good presentation, and served warm.

The food was great! Service was a bit slow and the server managed to somehow saturate the ticket with water before he submitted it and had to come and retake the order. Our food arrived before our beverages even though the order was taken twice. It was toward the end of the night and maybe the staff was just tired. We ordered the Ahi tuna superfoods salad with a coke and the Grilled salmon salad with a tonic water and lime.

I have been to Firebirds several times, so my review is based on this visit only. Our server was terrible...spilled alcohol on the table, then dismissed our comment about it. We had to keep asking for water. My Chilean Sea Bass was not good. It was overcooked.
