    Food and service were outstanding. Wine selection a bit lacking, maybe consider adding more diverse regions, besides mostly California, the watered down wine state!

    Great dining experience. Server was very attentive. Food was first rate and well presented. Only comment would be to not order appetizers before you get your cocktails. I had forgotten that the appetizers come out so quickly but you wait a while for your cocktails.

    I am visiting from Seattle Washington & had my wedding proposal dinner here on a whim. No one in the Party had been here before & I chose Firebird's due to them being able to accommodate the large Party. From the hostesses to the servers to the food to the attention to the desserts & ambiance, Firebird's is top tier!! Everyone was so kind and the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone ordered foods from salads, steaks, pasta, chicken, seafood & signature alcohol drinks and yes, I (bride to be) did take a bite & sip of everyone's food & drinks. Ohhh my goodness when I say nothing was a disappointment I mean it. The food is so good & the staff are so amazing we all decided to return for lunch the next day, and once again a big round of applause to everyone. I highly recommend Firebird's for any event or just a small dinner. Our experience was amazing & I hope that yours will be too. Our server also seemed to be training a new server and they both did great! I wish I caught their names because they both really deserve the recognition.

    This was the worst food I have had since being in Kansas total waste of the food I ordered. The burger had no flavor and was not even cook to the medium I ordered it at the middle was still bleeding and cold so I left more then half of it on table due to not being able to eat it. The fries looked like they were spray painted red in places and not touched in others places. The mashed potatoes that my guest ordered had no taste of any thing other then potato. The chicken she had was so dry it looked as though it could have been used as a raw hide for a dog. I will see the tortilla soup was great and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cabin in the feeling and cozy feeling. The rest room was very clean. But over all I feel I would have been happy with a meal from McDonald's due to the quality of the food.

    The food was fantastic! The restaurant did not honor our reservation saying they were over reserved. We had to wait about 45 minutes. Not a huge deal but annoying

    We had an excellent dinner at Firebirds last night. When we arrived the hostesses informed us they were running a bit behind. I appreciate the honesty and communication and it was delivered with great hospitality. They invited us to take a seat in the bar area where we enjoyed cocktails and lovely service. Ten minutes later we were ready to be sat. Everyone on staff is so friendly. Our waitress was fantastic, I wish I remembered her name. The food was great as well. We had lobster queso, incredibly fresh salads and excellent prime rib and Steaks. The creme Brule cheesecake was also awesome. We will definitely be back.

    We had reservations for 7:00 didn't get seated til 7:40. Said they were overbooked. Huh? Hostess did not keep us informed, I had to ask twice where we were in line.

    Went for Sunday brunch. Everything was really great. We had a limited amount of time to eat and be at an appointment. Our server (Chris) was great with getting us fed and out the door in record time. Never felt like we had to rush eating because he did a great job of getting everything to the table quickly. The food was very good as always.
