Food was okay given it was Valentine’s Day and very busy. The reservations were running 30+ minutes behind. But overall was a decent time.

Had a late reservation that I was hesitant to make do it being after 8 pm. We arrived on time and were told that our table would not be ready for an additional 20 minutes which put us at our table around 8:45. Steak was over cooked and had to remind waitress to get bread and another glass of wine. Service was good but I was upset that 20% tip was based on price with tax…..most restaurants expect tip on sub total.

It was Valentine Day so I expected a wait. 45 mins into our reservation we were finally seated. Meal was delicious. Cajun steak, medium, I highly recommend. Creme Brulee cheesecake was also delicious! For such a busy night we got our food in a timely manner. Not much room to wait in the restaurant to be seated. The bar area was packed full of people sitting around waiting.

This Valentine’s Day, my wife and I decided to celebrate our love at firebirds wood fire grill, and it turned out to be a delightful choice! As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for our romantic evening. The soft lighting, tasteful decor, and gentle music created an intimate ambiance that made us feel special. We were seated promptly by a friendly hostess,Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us through the evening with great recommendations. What really made the night stand out was not just the delicious food but also the sense of care and attention from the staff. They clearly went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience for couples celebrating love. Overall, our dinner at firebird wood fire grill was an enchanting experience, making it a Valentine’s Day to remember. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. We can’t wait to return for another cozy date night!

It was delicious as always. We went on Valentine’s Day evening. It was delicious but vey busy. This time around the service was not what we are used to at Firebirds. We had to ask our server for refills on our drinks and also asked for more bread, to which he never brought. We felt more like an inconvenience and that they just wanted us to eat and leave as soon as possible. We will be back as we do enjoy the food and service most of the time. This time was a bit of disappointment especially for being a special occasion.

We were sat within 10 minutes of our reservation time on Valentine’s Day and our server was very attentive, I personally thought she was too attentive but otherwise the food was incredible and the ambience was nice despite it being so full for the holiday.
