Great service and food was good. Looked like a fancy bar online but was pleasantly surprised that it was more of a regular restaurant. We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with champagne and desert!

We arrived a little early for our scheduled reservation at 6pm, and we wanted to sit in a certain section with a particular waiter, Trevor. So we opted for a cocktail at the bar. Within 15 minutes we were seated and the the dining experience began. Wine - St Michelle Reisling, Appetizers - Ranch Rings, Main Course - my wife had the Chicken Colorado Salad 🥗 excellent. I had the Three Course Dinner - Tomato Bisque, Salmon & Shrimp served with Ancient grains and vegetables and dessert was the brownie with ice cream and chocolate and caramel sauce. The food presentation was spot on. And the presentation defines your dining experience for sure. Then with an engaging and entertaining conversation with your waiter, that makes your experience that much more pleasurable.

For a Friday night, with the restaurant maybe 2/3 full, it wasn't over-the-top noisy, which I appreciated. Acoustically, someone thought about noise levels and this was reasonable. If the music had been just a bit lower it would have been even better. My meal was fine, the only oops! was being served mashed potatoes in lieu of the "ancient grains" pilaf that was on the menu for my entrée. Server offered to take it back to the kitchen and have them start fresh, but since I'm not averse to potatoes, I declined the offer. It would have been nice, though, if they'd comp'd me on a glass of wine, for the error that was theirs. Just sayin'...

Excellent food & service. 10 for lunch. Noise level can be an issue for older folks but venue is up scale, well managed & comfortable.

Our waitress had to bus her own tables….over extended. Our service was slow; brought wrong wine. When our food was brought out, it was given to patrons across the aisle. I had to say, “That’s our food.”

We’ve had 5 other excellent experiences at Firebirds but today’s was very disappointing. 15 min after seating before order was taken another 20 min before we got bread or salads. Then incorrect food items were delivered to our table. Never received a side order of mushrooms but received and was charged for mushrooms and onions over my steak. 3 puny asparagus all of which were burnt and soggy like spaghetti was left inedible on my plate. Only shining moment was that our steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious. When we asked to take the remainder of our meal items home they misplaced our take home boxes but found them out back after 15 minutes. Very disappointing evening overall.
