Classy environment,I was greeted and sat at my table. Waitress was wonderful,She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was everything. She got me vases for my flowers,Constantly checked if we needed anything and gave a a birthday gift from the team. It was a wonderful experience and my family had a good time. I’d eat there again.

Pasta was spicy but not stated so on the menu. Salad arrived at the same time as the meal, even though server was standing around. Said dives tomatoes but was grape tomatoes halved. Very little spinach and fresh mozzarella in the Chicken capresse.

Overall excellent experience. The only complaint is that the server did not know if the ribs were smoked. They indicated they were but they were not. The Ahi Tuna Superfoods salad is the best salad I have ever eaten. I order it each time I go and it has never disappointed.

My 2nd visit to Firebird Wood-Fired Grill. The food was excellent and the service even better. I sat at the bar where Liam and staff provided excellent, friendly service

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The staff was courteous. The restaurant was intolerably hot, and when we asked that it be addressed, we were told that the AC was on. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was only about half full. About half of our party ordered a cocktail, and these were good. The food, however, was not. Literally half of one person's prime rib was obviously fat, and another person ordered sirloin, what was very tough. A dinner salad was bruised lettuce and drowning in dressing. The unpleasant temperature combined with slow service and substandard food made for a very poor experience. We finished our food and left as quickly as possible, because it was simply too hot to be tolerable. When the bill for four adults and one child comes to over $200, I expect much better than this. We've been to this restaurant several times, and this is the second visit in a row that was disappointing. I don't expect to be back.

Simply amazing! We had the $20 steak and one side then the parm crusted chicken. Will be back soon!

My first visit to Firebird Wood Fired Grill. I was alone so I sat at the bar. The Bartender "Leon" ?? provided excellent service. He answered my questions on the menu. checked back to see how my meal was, if I needed more water or another beer. I choose the NY Strip Steak and a baked potato. The steak was fantastic. Prime Beef, great marbleing and the flavor was fantastic and was grilled just right. As it was my first visit, I will be returning.

Very good food. Service was good, but appeared to be unstaffed for a Friday night, with a very full house. We were treated very well, and would return.
