The Chilean Sea Bass was excellent. Served with shrimp, asparagus, carrots, button mushrooms,spinach and pilaf. Sauce was a little salty. Monique, our server was excellent.

We regularly eat at Firebirds when we are in the area. Today was Veterans Day and despite a huge crowd at the restaurant , we were given a table within 15 minutes of our reservation. Food was excellent, service by Monique was excellent.

We went to Firebirds for Veteran Day, they were given out a free dinner to Veterans. The reservation went smooth and the service was top notch. The food was served hot and fast. My wife had the Salmon, and it was the best she ever had. I was served the Chicken Dinner Special, and it was the best I ever had. We have been here many times and the sevice and food are top notch. We will be back again, and again. A Big Thank you to the owner and staff for making Veterans Day special to me and all the other Vets.

As Veterans Day normally is, Firebirds was extremely busy. Those of us who served truly appreciate the effort that was afforded to us by an upbeat staff who graciously met our requests and was never short on smiles. Kudos to the kitchen staff, the food never disappoints. Those who met the stampede of humanity pouring through the entry way deserve a Gold Star for rapidly checking in and seating the countless numbers of customers. Thanks again, Firebirds, for taking a day out to appreciate all those who served. I'm a frequent diner at the Tucson location, so anything I have written here is a repeat of commentaries of the past. Thank you again!

Our server was great. The food was excellent however, the noise was very loud too many people waiting to be seated. I believe you need it separate room for people waiting area made us feel like we needed to Russian for other people to sit down and enjoy. I’m just that kind of person.

My husband loved his choice; I was disappointed with their NE Clam Chowder (too spicy hot) & BLT with soggy buttered bread & undercooked bacon. Server initally confused my order & brought me a salad. I should have kept it.

We dine at Firebirds frequently, this day was Veterans Day. The restaurant was packed with Veterans celebrating. To top the noise level, the chef was screaming orders to the cooks. Our table was close to the kitchen which made it hard to talk. The food and service was great

Overall my experience with a large party (11) for dinner at Firebirds was very good. Other than some minor issues with one of our 11 dinner orders the service and food quality was excellent. Although prices have gone up somewhat over the past few years, I find that dining at Firebirds is still a good value and I will certainly return.

We are pretty regular customers and the dinner and the service were just fine. The ambience however, was not as good as usual. It was cold outside and that cold seemed to be blowing right on us. Some of our party had to go to their cars and get their jackets. Another part of the ambience that was broken is the noise from the kitchen was uncommonly loud. Maybe there was loud shouting and teaching going on or maybe just being boisterous for fun. It made for some difficulty in communicating with people across the table. Our server was great, but we didn't see her very often as it appears there might have been less people on staff that night than needed. This is my first mildly negative review for this great restaurant. You'll have many more chances to make me happy.
