Tables were out in the middle of the entrance making us feel like we were encroaching on people while we waited. About 15 minutes after I ordered my soup was told that they were out. Also were out of a wine we wanted.

We went here to celebrate our anniversary. First time here. Although the service was okay, the food was not. My wife’s baked potato was cold. They replaced it quickly. My Cajun ribeye had so much gristle that the pile of meat I could no longer chew was bigger than the remaining steak on my plate when I was half way through. I showed the waitress the pile of chewed up gristle and told her to let the kitchen know. “This should not happen to a $43 cut of beef,” I said. Nothing. No apology. No manager came to our table. Really? The free cheesecake with Happy Anniversary written in the plate was really nice. But didn’t make up for the lousy cut of beef. This was really disappointing for our first visit to Firebird. Lousy food and lousy service. We will not be returning. Ever.

The food is great and service is wonderful. Definitely needs some kind of sound absorption installed as you can’t hear a thing anyone in opposite side of table says in conversation.

First time at this location. Lackluster experience. Our server was kind and quiet, but not attentive. We found ourselves seeking her out and trying to get her attention. Pasta was overcooked and shrimp wasn’t fresh. Steak was 4 out of 10. Prices were pretty high for most entrees. Definitely will not be coming back. Appetizer, two entrees, and no drinks came out to over $100 plus tip. It’s incredibly unfortunate because this was a birthday dinner. We left so disappointed. The worst feeling.

It is so nice to finally have a good restaurant in this area. Our steaks were cooked perfectly! Great sides. We will be back. Our only complaint: Why are there only 2 stalls in the ladies room? A restaurant this size needs more! Just ask the long line of women with children this evening.

I took my husband there for a birthday dinner tonight. I was surprised how busy it was for a weeknight at 6:30. Our reservation wasn’t until 7:00 but they seated us as soon as we arrived. I ordered the 3 course meal for $39.95. The clam chowder appetizer was absolutely delicious, as was my salmon with shrimp, ancient grain pilaf with broccoli. My dessert was crème brûlée cheesecake. My husband had the wood gilled salmon with street corn and fresh fruit. The portions are ample which gave us leftovers for tomorrow…yeah! They give a free birthday dessert too. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We’ll be back.

My Grilled Shrimp Strawberry salad was spectacularly delicious! Generous serving. Great Service! Really like their menu!
