Quality of food was awesome and more importantly tasted great. The best customer service to go along with it as well

I wish drinks were passsing in short term of minute and not almost waiting for our drinks 25m food was great but took longer same with our desserts .

The food is very good, I highly recommend the devil eggs and steaks. The salmon and shrimp was dry and hard and the prime rib was not juicy. The service is very slow. Waited almost an hour between the shareables and main course.

I was there to celebrate a birthday. The waitress bought a birthday dessert for both of us and gave her a card signed by staff! A+

It’s a nice place but it is kind of loud. It is missing a vibe like music or something in the background. Our server was really friendly and nice

First experience was great! Filet was cooked great, lobster tail was bland, dry, and chared a little to much for my liking! Deviled eggs and onion rings were amazing! And my girlfriend got the ribeye and also thought it was great and cooked to her liking ( medium well ) Second experience was mediocre at best! Appetizers were great again! Ordered another filet since the first experience was good... this time the bacon was not completely cooked and the steak was barely warm in the center (I order medium rare), this time I tried the grilled shrimp, and they came out cold! Also my girlfriend had ordered a ribeye med well, and it came out well done... not sure what happened on this second visit but a little disappointed!! Maybe a little cup of melted butter for the lobster tails???

Loved the booth but boy are the benches low. Liked that noise level was better in the booth than the last time when we sat in the main area. Hard to converse with the family seated at the end of the table.

First time going to Firebirds with the family. Food was excellent. From appetizers to main meal, everything was outstanding. Quality service. We will be back.

Everything was excellent. Menu was easy to navigate. Tables were set up very well, not too crowded. Food was delicious and presented well. I will definitely visit again.
