Our waitress was excellent! knowledgeable, friendly and checked on us often. Food appeared promptly and was delicious.

Had a reservation at seven and weren't seated until 7:35. Were put in a small room away from the main floor. Service was good and food was ok. Had Prime rib and it was a bit tough.

The place smelled bad and looked dirty. Food at Firebirds used to be good. It seems to have really downhill. Steamed veggies (how hard it is to offer grilled instead?) was bland tasting like you are in a hospital. Mashed potatoes was a lot but not tasty. Grilled salmon was okay.

Went here for an Anniversary lunch before our big event later. We could have went to get fast food and got better service & food. First, the lemon drop drink was so watered down, I should have stuck with plain water. Not a hint of vodka... did they forget ?? The chicken pasta was spicy but not creamy at all. The sauce was too thin and did not stick to the pasta, but luckily, I was able to change the entree. The next entree was the thinest piece of chicken ever, parmesean crusted pounded flat overly crispy but atleast it had flavor. More lemon flavor than my lemon drop drink! My hubby's chicken sandwich had the thinest piece of chicken.... for $16.99 .Wow, ok. The best items were the Philly eggrolls, the baked potatoe, and a BLT salad. However, service SUCKED!! We had to ask for everything, even calling out to get his attention, no drink refills, no check in ... and for half the meal, we were the ONLY PATRONS IN THE RESTAURANT!!! Also, I realized later the server had taken the crispy chicken off the ticket but didn't even mention it, like really? 1st and last time as we were very disappointed!

Our table was ready. The service was great, and Oscar was a great waiter.

Went back to retry this use to be very dependable local gem but it was unfortunately below average. The expensive lobster Caso Dip was not hot and no signs of lobster. Ribs were sub par at best and soup was not hot. Out of the four of us the best part was our waitress who worked very hard to provide wonderful service but unfortunately the food experience was a disappointment.

I booked this restaurant because this was my partner and I’s first date and we got engaged on 10/22. 1. The host when I arrived was on her phone and I had to wait for her to finish her text before she greeted us 2. Though it was on my notes with the reservation that we were there to celebrate our engagement it never was acknowledged. 3. We sat down and the server, Matt came up to us and immediately wanted us to order in a Waffle House style. I literally was scooting into the booth when he wanted our order. 4. I had to pace the courses. He wanted to take the entire order at once. Definitely not an elevated experience. 5. We were never checked on by Matt. I had to get up from the table and ask for some steak sauce for a wrongly prepared steak. 6. The food did come out quickly until dessert. It took 30 mins to get 1 piece of carrot cake. It said served warm but it was cold. This was a very subpar experience. I was excited to go there to celebrate something very special. Next time I will go to Napa or Drift in Belmont. Very unfortunate.

Our Salads were wilted, poor lettuce quality (included the root of the head) and tenderloin was raw, not medium Wait staff pleasantly adjusted the order

Our teens had a wonderful time at Firebirds after their homecoming dance! My daughter’s meal was forgotten so she unfortunately had to wait for her food while friends were eating. However, the waiter/waitress did the right thing and didn’t charge her for her meal. Overall, 5 stars for a great experience!
