Overall experience was great. Our server, Brianna, was so patient and kind as we had a party of 6 and a toddler. Our onion ring appetizer did come out cold, and my dad’s steak was overcooked. But other than that, the food and service was great.

It was to loud in there. Me and my wife food was burnt. The wait for the food is to long so we did even send it back. But the waiter was nice.

Took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Waited another hour for food. Chicken was still pink, potatoes were cold. Sent food back. Waited another fifteen minutes to get food. Chicken was dry and potatoes were cold and hard. No one apologized or even cared.

I was celebrating my birthday. First time to go here . I really enjoyed. Food was Great. Everything thing i had was good. The only thing I was i couldn't book the party room. It would have been more people. So I had to limited my invitation.

I was there with a party of 3 and we all orders salads. Two of the salads had chicken and the other person ordered a blt side salad and the wings and it took over an hour and a half for us to get our food. My last experience with Firebirds was in Collierville, TN and I decided I would never go back. This is the same feeling that I have for the new location in Southaven, MS.

We dined here last night and the staff was very friendly and approachable. Other than the food not being piping hot…everything was nice. And the food was good! Wish we could get Happy Hour drinks at our table but it was okay. We had a nice experience.

Service was bad steak was like rubber no melted butter with lobster still waiting on the onion rings not organized at all reservation was at 7:00 sat down at 7:30 very unpleasant experience probably won't return

We had a reservation, we waited around 20 mins to be seated which wasn’t too bad. After being seated our waitress didn’t come to our table for another 20 mins. We had to ask for her to come over ad take our drink order. She brought out bread with our drinks , ok cool, we were ready to order by then. We order our food. It took 24 mins to bring our salad . Other parties that came in after us had received their drinks, bread and salad before getting our salad. It took so long to bring our entrees, we canceled the order. We waited an hour and half for our order to come to the table. The waitress came and said after 1.5 hour that it would be around 10 more minutes. The waitress, herself stated that was too long to wait on any order. She stated she told the manager but he wouldn’t come to our table and apologize for the delay in getting our food. First time visiting this Firebirds in Southaven .
