So happy Firedirds has opened in Southaven. The restaurant should do well and has elevated the bar for service, options and ambience.

Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! Prices were reasonable! Music was a tad loud for my preference. But that is the only complaint I had.

Our server Jessica was great. Everyone was nice and the food was quality and didn't take long. We enjoyed every minute and every bite!

Great derive and good was wonderful. Had steaks and they were cooked perfectly. Will definitely be going back.

They were doing a soft opening and were training, but I couldn’t tell as there were no hiccups. The food was great and the customer service was even better.

We attended the pre-opening and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff is very well trained. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the moment we stepped into the restaurant until we left. We never had an empty glass. The food was great, our waitress made suggestions on what to try. The food was delicious. We expected to be there a long time waiting on our food, but the kitchen was running like the restaurant had been open for quite some time. Will definitely be back.

Delicious food and ambiance at Firebirds make dining very special. We highly recommend the ribeye and salmon. Thank you for the VIP dinner and special treatment.

We attended the invitation-only pre-opening dinner event tonight. It was a little loud for us inside so we enjoyed dining on the patio where the food and service were wonderful. I had the BLT salad, filet mignon, and loaded baked potato. My friend had the Caesar salad, Durango burger, and street corn. We each enjoyed a glass of Alex’s fresh lemonade. Make a reservation and give them a try…you won’t be disappointed.

The Ahi Tuna, Salmon and Prime Rib were great. I ordered my prime rib medium, next time I’d go medium rare. Still delicious! I also ordered the Lemon Drop Martini…SO GOOD! Everyone was so nice and service was great!
