Taylor was my server and she was great. She made us feel comfortable and like we were very important. She was professional and knowledgeable. She was one of the best servers I have ever experience.

First time visiting the Southaven location. We decided to visit yesterday due to Firebirds’ offer to BYGO entree to honor Veterans. We saw many Veterans enjoying their meals. Our server Ashley was very friendly,attentive and genuinely happy to help us enjoy our evening. Our food was tasty and considering how busy they were served in a reasonable time. My only complaint was the noise level.

I have no complaints. Everything was perfect, and we can't wait to visit again. Our waiter, John, was very attentive and pleasant. The steaks were great! Although the restaurant was extremely busy we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. We loved that they honored our Veterans with BOGO. Also, the prices and the menu offerings are great.

Food was decent, bread was burnt on sandwich, bit the manager quickly asked the back to make me another one. They aim to please. It was super crowded for a Monday, but by having reservations, it made a difference. We will return.

I wasn’t pleased with our experience. My wife and I arrived on time for our 6:00 PM reservation, only to be told there were two other parties ahead of us. It felt like having a reservation didn’t matter, as we waited an additional 20 minutes before being seated. Once we finally got to our table, the issues continued with our meal. The food arrived with incorrect items, and our steaks were mistakenly swapped on each other’s plates. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish.

We had reservations so we were seated promptly. (There was a 3 hour wait at 5:00 PM). Our server was cordial, helpful, and patient. Drinks were delivered promptly. The entrees were tasty but it did take a while for our 5 dinners to be served. Our waitress apologized for the delay. In defense of the delay, the restaurant was extremely busy. All in all the experience was worth the wait. We will return. Reservations are absolutely necessary.

The restaurant was very nice and it had a nice atmosphere. The food was great and everything came out in a timely manner. Very little wait time for everything. We had a great date night.
