Firebirds consistently serves very good food in a comfortable atmosphere. Typically the service is outstanding, but yesterday it as just ok. They have a terrific happy hour menu of "bar bites" which are an outstanding value. Highly recommended and I strongly suggest a reservation as it gets busy around dinner time.

Food was delicious! Noise level was really loud and difficult to hear table mate. Only complaint was the restaurant was REALLY cold - even to my husband who is NEVER cold!

Great 4th of July value on babyback ribs, which were delicious. However, I did not like the cole slaw and should have ordered a different side, since I have enjoyed other side dishes here. Mike had the salmon, which he really enjoyed, as well.

Went on the 4th of July for the rib special that was available 7/2-7/6. The special included a whole rack of baby back ribs, fruit cup & steak fries. I am gluten intolerant & was pleased to be able to note that when making our reservation on Open Table. When we arrived, the host showed us how to find gluten friendly items on the menu. We were impressed to see the $19.95 special was indeed a great deal, offering $10 off the regular menu price of $29.95! I was glad to see that the java BBQ sauce used on the ribs was gluten friendly, but unfortunately the fries were not. Luckily, substitutions were allowed & I chose the grilled street corn from the nice selection of gluten friendly sides. Although the street corn was disappointing (no cheese!, but I chose not complain about it), the ribs were delicious, tender, & lean, the fruit cup was a nice mix of fruits. Shane provided excellent service, was friendly, attentive, & helpful, thanking us for coming in on the holiday. The regular menu prices are on the high side at Firebird's, but the portions are good, the food is most always delicious, there are plenty of gluten friendly options, and the staff is friendly & professional.

The food and service were excellent but the noise level of the room, even though the restaurant was not at max capacity, made conversation difficult amongst ourselves.
