Food and service were excellent! It is loud sitting by the kitchen and staff were yelling orders, which made it difficult to hear and talk.

This is my fourth time coming and like the very first time the experience is awesome. Came this time for my birthday dinner with my family and everything was great again

Service was great and since I was celebrating a birthday, they surprised me with crème brûlée cheesecake. Food -salmon spinach salad for me and pork chop for husband was outstanding! Waitress (Kensley) was cheerful and full of suggestions and smiles!

We had a short notice lunch gathering for seven people and Firebirds readily accommodated us. The menu had something to offer everyone but the corn tortilla soup was the most popular! Overall a great experience!!

Came in for a quick lunch while in between running errands and had a great experience! Kuhreem was my server and he was incredible! Prompt, friendly, personable, etc. Food was great! Got the hot honey crispy chicken sandwich and fries and they did not disappoint. Will definitely be back and will be requesting Kuhreem in the future!

We were in the Richmond area for a short trip and chose to eat our evening meal at Firebirds. It did not disappoint! We both had steaks and the preparation and flavor was superb. We highly recommend the Southwest au gratin potatoes for a side. They have a rich, savory, smoky and slightly spicy sauce that is hard to beat. Our server, Julia was sweet and efficient. She didn’t hover but made sure that we always had our drinks refilled. She served our orders promptly and the food was hot. Thank you for a pleasant evening and delicious meal. We will be back.

The food was great, especially the lobster fritters and the cheese steak egg rolls. My salmon was also good. The only thing bad was the customer service from the hostess. She was rude and unaccommodating. I had to ask to speak to the manager to get seated for my reservation. The manager was amazing! He turned our experience around!

This was our first time going and it was amazing. Anna was wonderful and so on it. Everything we ordered was amazing and well worth the price. We will definitely go back.
