Salad dressind asked as a side. Salad delivered with dressing mixed. Requested new salad, waitress appeared annoyed. Entrees delivered 5 mins after salads. Soon asked if we needed to go boxes. Beverage service was poor. Waited over 10 minutes only to have wrong tea delivered with ice. Waitress annoyed and took another 10 minutes for tea. Transferring the iced tea to a glass created spillage. Table napkin used to attempt cleanup. Waitress brought correct sweet tea, took the table napkind and returnedcwit paper towels to clean up, walked away and left us to clean the spills. Soon after a to go box and check were delivered. Our to go desserts wete not, as well as the Birthday dessert. Alerted the manager, expressed our concerns. He corrected the Birthday and to go desserts and adjusted our final bill. What a way to celebrate my wife's Birthday.

Always excellent steak at Firebirds. Excellent staff Excellent service Excellent food. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a delicious salad. Service was excellent Firebirds is a favorite place to dine when my friend comes to visit from Williamsburg

The food was good but not great. My prime rib was overcooked so I had to replace it with the blue cheese filet, which was tasty. My girlfriend also had filet mignon and she liked it. Her mushroom side dish was good but my Parmesan mash was dry. The mixed greens salad was very good.

We really enjoyed our dinner, but we had a few issues. Our server seemed preoccupied or possibly new, could use some additional training. It took 25 minutes from when we were seated to get our drinks because the “bar was busy”. Food came out fairly quickly and was delicious except the medium rare prime rib was rare. One of our party was fine but the other was disappointed. The blue cheese bacon wrapped filet with port mushrooms was fantastic and cooked perfectly.

Lots of gnats and fruit flys made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Drink refills were hard to come by. Large party seated in the middle of the isle, so everyone that came past them dragged their butts on our table. This place used to be top notch. It has differently gone down hill.

Service was great. Tamisha (hope that’s correct) was great. Very attentive and efficient. Dinner was good. Desert was lack luster.

Order salad without goat cheese, but made with goat cheese. I had to wait for a new salad while my husband got his food and ate most of his meal without me. My husband ordered prime rib cooked medium, it didn't even look like prime rib and he said it chewed like a piece of leather and didn't finish the steak. The prime rib looked like a $10.00 piece of meat and the menu price is $38. The main reason for going to Firebirds was a $10 coupon I received. We were given our meals for free, even though we didn't ask, but I will probably never go back. Firebirds is not what they used to be. Also, can barely get into the restaurant without a reservation, when half the tables are empty.

Firebird’s has become one of our favorite Richmond area restaurants. Tonight’s meal was with family to celebrate our adult daughter’s birthday and it was outstanding.
