    Never had a bad meal here. Really appreciated their recognition of vets. My husband must have been thanked by every employee we encountered.

    Our Veterans Day lunch was so very enjoyable. Service was exceptional and both our entrees were outstanding. This is such a great dining experience each and everytime we have visited.The manager, Jason, truly consistently operates this restaurant professionally.

    Fantastic all around. Our server was the best! Delicious food. A very pleasant time to celebrate Veterans Day and my husband's birthday

    We visited on Veterans day to take advantage of the free meal for vets. We ordered the grilled salmon salad and the grilled chicken cobb salad. Both are more than we can eat and I brought my chicken salad home to have later. The warm bread is a nice addition to the meal. Our server was right on. We have no complaints except that it's a bit noisy.

    We have dined at Firebirds many years and are not from the richmond area, it has always been one of our favorite places to eat, this experience was not however as expected as well as the last. We always go for the prime rib and my mothers birthday celebration, the last two times they were out of the prime rib by the time we were able to be seated. the quality is not as it used to be and we were just disappointed the last two visits. You need to be prepared with more prime rib for the amount of ppl you are serving if you are going to run out at 7pm.

    Noah is an excellent server. As a previous restaurant server, lead and manager Your current managers should focus more on making sure your guest have an exceptional Experience. Your host could assist with filling water glasses verses explaining drinks and soups to customers. Managers really just walk around and although they may do more behind the scenes they lack communication and friendliness to customers and their own staff.

    Our first trip to Firebirds in a year. Service was okay. Waiter seemed a bit new. Food was average, based in large part to the prices paid. For a $40 steak, you expect a certain level of quality. It wasn't there. Steak was small, overdone (not close to medium rare) and the meat was tough. As the group was in a rush, I didn't send it back. This restaurant was chosen due its diversity of palates and ages. I have eaten at many 5 star restaurants. My steak was not a $40 steak, not close. Many of the lower level food choices by the group were well received. Maybe future diners should stay at that level.
