This was our first time going and it was amazing. Anna was wonderful and so on it. Everything we ordered was amazing and well worth the price. We will definitely go back.

We arrived and the hostess prepared our table. On it I found a birthday card signed by Firebird’s and individuals who were on the job that evening. It was a real surprise for us! While my birthday was 2 days earlier, I had been sent a birthday reward by Firebird’s and the local staff made the connection. It immediately made our dinner a real celebration. Our server was kind, fun and professional. The Firebird’s team really did an excellent job.

Our waitperson, Madison, was phenomenal. She was an absolute pleasure. Friendly and courteous!

The staff was EXCELLENT and so attentive! We had a larger crowd of 16 people for a birthday celebration. The food was hit or miss: The steaks were flavorless - like, completely lacking any sort of seasoning or flavor. The pork chop was overcooked - anything other than fish or chicken reminded me of a dog chew rawhide. The menus varied - some tables had lunch menus, some had brunch menus (which are advertised as weekends only) and some had dinner menus. There was some confusion comparing choices to the website. They said they didn't have a children's menu to look at.

This was only fair for the price. Nothing special. Had not been there for a while. Heard it had improved. Music was not as loud as I had remembered which is a huge turn off when trying to converse. Had a new waiter who was very apologetic but his serve was not good especially for a somewhat high end restaurant.

We were there to celebrate a birthday- he loved how there were flowers and a card left, but my order was made wrong the first time and the whole plate was taken back while it was being corrected. We also were given the wrong appetizer and ate it in order to not have to wait longer. One of our guest ordered an alcoholic beverage that was forgotten about, and my daughter was never offered a refill. In addition when I ordered I didn’t get any of the sauces I requested and then had to wait again, but some of the sauce served with the kids chicken fingers saturates one of the tenders so my child wouldn’t eat it.

I went in for the New York strip special two weeks ago and I went in for the baby back rib special last night. My friend had a ribeye steak. Everything was great. Food was wonderful good value good service definitely one of my faves for meats now.

The waitress was great, very kind as usual. Food was very good , few issues with the pasta to chicken ratio but overall very good.

Great place. Party of eight, everything was as expected. Service was awesome. Made reservations showed up about ten minutes early and was seated on time.
