Everything was great except the wait (with a reservation). They were running 30 minutes behind resulting in a large crowd at the hostess station. This happens frequently at this location on special days (Valentine's this time). We were told they were swamped with takeout - same explanation as previous visits. Seems like they do not have a solution for managing this recurring problem. Anyway, that said, everything else was first class.

I had the special tenderloin tips with mashed potato and asparagus and mushrooms, very tasty. Hubby had a grilled salmon salad. Service was good. Happy Valentines Day!

Firebirds is one of my favorite restaurants. Their burgers and ribs are delicious! Last night, I ordered the Tuna Baha Salad, it was good; however, I would have preferred that the tuna was cooked more, it was nearly raw. The Service was great!

Everything was superb and our waiter was so polite and excellent! We really enjoyed our lunch!!

The entrance area is crowded while you wait to be seated but the staff is extremely nice. Our server Leon was EXCEPTIONAL!! The bread was very bland but our entrees were delicious! Leon made the evening for us though with his seemingly effortless yet timely and efficient service.

So my boyfriend loves Firebirds even thought the last 2/3 trips have had issues. This was one of those 2. First, we both ordered bottled beers. One of the managers brought them to our table and didn’t even ask, started pouring my beer into my glass. Not to be picky but I did not want this and he should’ve asked first. Second, it did take a long time for our waitress to come to our table to begin with and she did apologize for this but it was still not ideal. Third, we said we needed to place a to go order. The waitress apparently placed the to go order a “few minutes” after she entered our dining in orders. The to go order was brought out only a few minutes we got our food. The to go order was for someone at home so then we felt like we had to rush to eat so the to go order would still be warm. We said something to the waitress about asking when we would like to place the to go order best time. She did take the to go order away to “keep it warm” but it was still concerning that it was made so early and could possibly have not as been as good since it had been sitting for so long versus being made right before we left.
