    We had great service and a delightful meal. Noise level made it difficult to carry on a conversation.

    The chef and the waitress made this experience! Everyone was so accommodating and truly worked to make the experience memorable. I believe it was the manager that kept coming by to check on our large group, which stood out for us and let us know that there was a lot of pride taken in providing quality service.

    This was me and my husband's 1st time there. It was a dinner date. Everything was so Delicious. We loved this drinks the Double Black Diamond was everything, down to the appetizers. The food was delicious. Over all we loved the atmosphere. Absolutely amazing. We will return.

    Overall the food was good. My husbands steak was very good. I ordered the prime rib which was very good but was cold. Bake potatoes were very good. The crème bulee was good. The noise level was very loud. The decor was pretty.

    The Midlothian, VA Firebirds continues to impress! Food was great and service (Reese) outstanding. Staff and managers are attentive, working together when the restaurant is busy. Highly recommend.

    The food, as always, was delicious. Firebird's is one of the few restaurants that consistently serves a delicious and perfectly cooked salmon which has become my "go to" meal. My companion ordered french fries to go with her meal, and the waiter brought her a baked potato instead. That said, she enjoyed her meal overall. I believer the server may have been new and although very pleasant, I had to ask several times for the same thing in order to finally get it. Also I paid cash for my meal and he did not bring back the change. When he saw the look on my face, it's only then if he asked if I wanted my change. I think he will become a good waiter but, for now, he has a ways to go.
