    Food was delicious. Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were two tables around ours with very loud and Undisciplined children. Their parents were also noisy.

    Everything was delicious. The pasta was fabulous and the steaks were cooked to order. Waitress was great about keeping out glasses filled. She was very attentive to our group

    My husband thoroughly enjoyed his birthday dinner there. The waitress really catered to our needs and made is a wonderful first experience there. We will be back. Thank you!

    I made reservations for my wife’s birthday and instructed to sit us away from the bathroom. Of course, they attempt to sit us by the bathroom. I stopped going to this restaurant because they always sit me and wife by the restrooms. So when I informed the host I had noted in my reservation to not be sit by the bathroom they magically sit us in an open section by the entrance. Why was this not the first option? If you’re Black and want to sit away from the bathroom, don’t bother typing it in your reservation, because if you have a party of 4 with special instructions they will make the restroom area your table. We ordered Two surf and turfs, two lobster dip, and two 3 course meals. The waitress did not bring me my side nor ask me what desert I wanted with my 3 course meal. Firebird will NEVER get my $ again because I’m tired of being sit by the bathroom when the restaurant has empty section away from the restrooms with white people eating there.

    Great value, $19.99 ribs and two sides. Good service and good drinks. A bit noisy but hard to avoid. Definitely recommend.
