Chicken tenders, wings, fries & loaded baked potatoes were good. None of the salads were good. They were all soggy and wilted and soaked in dressing. Our order not exactly what we ordered AND the filet mignon was cooked well done instead of medium. One sirloin was cooked well done and ordered medium. Two other steaks at the table were not cooked correctly either. It was a huge disappointment and very expensive. Our meal was so bad that they took it off the bill. Which was a nice gesture because so many things were wrong. I would have thought that Firebirds would be able to cook a good steak and have fresh salads. I usually eat there in the evening and it's always been good. We at there between 3:00 & 4:00 this time. I don't know if eating there during the daytime is different. This is my second bad experience during the day time hours. Night meals seem completely different - because they are usually on point. I do eat there probably 5 times a year or more.

Very disappointed. Overall very expensive for the quality of the food. Server was very pleasant.

It was a great meal and a great experience. We had a wonderful waitress! The food was amazing too. The only wrinkle in the evening was there being no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. I mean out in EVERY stall!!! So unacceptable at this kind of establishment! It makes you pause when the place of employee hygiene is not being given top priority and let’s not mention guest services. Again, atmosphere, food and drinks were an A but the bathroom situation will probably keep me away for a while.

The 9 oz filet mignon was delicious and cooked exactly as ordered. The fresh vegetables were a pleasant surprise—bag-boiled with a light touch of savory seasoning, each vegetable was cooked just to the point of light crunchiness and with a pleasing flavor.

We all enjoyed our meal. As it was Veteran’s Day it was very busy but considering that service was good. We appreciate the fact this restaurant honors veterans with a free meal. My salmon was cooked correctly as were the men’s steaks. I will say one of our party thought the garlic mashed potatoes were very spicy which was a surprise and probably the least favorite item ordered. The onion ring appetizer was so good! All in all a nice evening shared with family.

Always celebrate with Veterans at Firebird each year. This time was the best ever. Food and drinks were just amazing.

Our lunch was great and our waitress ( Katrina) was very attentive. Firebirds continues to be one of our favorite dining spots.
